This attractive holiday accommodation has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century  estate, near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, the origins of which date back to the late Middle Ages. The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four large apartments, is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.
A large garden equipped with tables, chairs, and canopies, with (7 x 12 metres) swimming pool surrounds the compound. All the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished and they have been endowed with TV sat, and their own heating system.
The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval hamlet of Laterina.
The lodgings enjoy countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and the amenities of Arezzo and they are the ideal base for many excursions in all Central Italy. Firenze, Siena, Cortona, lake Trasimeno ,Perugia and  Assisi are not so far away; since there are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany.

The apartment is on the first floor of the main building.The entrance is directly into the sitting/dining room with   fitted kitchen, the table can seat 8 people, on a side there is a nice comfortable leather sofa and a reading lamp. On the left of the entrance a small passage leads to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase, takes to a very spacious upper room with three single beds, in this room is possible to add one or two cots and there is still space to move around.

The apartments Il Covo and Soppalco can be a good solution for a group of friend, up to 13 people, with a common terrace where the meal can be taken.

The price include the water, electricity, gas for the kitchen.
House linen provided (sheets, bath towels, kitchen linen). Towels for the swimming pool on request.
Included the use of the swimming pool, barbecue, washing machine and iron.
Final cleaning : 16€ per pers
Guarantee : 150€ in cash at the arrival, it will be given back at the departure less the cost of the cleaning and heating if necessary (4€/m3)
