The city of Lucca with its great cultural offer and art treasures is within an easy reach also the other art towns such as Florence, Pisa or Siena.
The estate stretches to 15 hectares on which a complete, in Tuscan style, restored mansion is located (divided into 5 holiday homes), surrounded by a well-cared garden (the owner has also peacocks) and a magnificent swimming pool (set in earth, 9x14m, deep: 1.62m, salted water). The swimming pool disposes of a paddling part for kids and a Jacuzzi part. The area around the swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas, changing-room, wc, external shower, a gazebo with tables, chairs and fridge.
There is the possibility for your children to ride ponies. The owners of La Fattoria produce their own excellent red and white wine, “vin santo” and wonderful olive oil, which you may buy.
At the arrival the guests will be offered a welcome gift with some food such as 1 bottle of wine, 1 bottle of water, milk, fruit, pasta, 1 jar of tomato sauce, bread, coffee, tea, sugar, jam.
