Villa Scali is built at the feet of a woody hill, on the right side of river Elsa, in an ideal area for excursions between forests and rivers in the heart of a suggestive tuscan landscape.
Villa Scali is at 5 km from the historical town Volterra, its position permits to the guests to get easily the sea (40Km) and the main principal towns such as Siena (50Km), S.Gimignano (20Km), Florence (90Km) and Pisa (60Km).
In the Villa, you’ll find on the first floor three double rooms, all with private bathroom, and indipendent entrance. On the ground floor, where it used to be the stable, you'll find the breakfast room.
Near to the owner house, the dependance has been completly restored. They are three apartments, each with its own entrance, and private garden.
Volterra, dominates from high all the valley of Cecina river. It is 550 metres high and it is considered as an art jewel because it was inhabitated since etruscan age and it is rich in roman, medioeval and Reinassance traces. Isolated, but in a strategic position and nearly equidistant from the main centres of the region, Volterra has always kept its peculiar fisionomy, including however all the different traditions of Tuscany.

The apartment is located to the east of the depandance. It has an indipendent entrance with a private space in front of the apartment, with table, chairs and sunshade parasol. It is really luminous, thanks to the large windows in every room, spacious and furnished with style.

It is composed of a dining/kitchen area, a triple bedroom, a bathroom.
The apartment has a central position in the depandance. It has a reserved part of the garden in front of the room's entrance. This outside space is furnished with table, chairs and sunshade parasol to enjoy your privacy and relax. As well as the others apartments is luminous, spacious and furnished with style.
La Fonte: 4+2 people
It is composed of a dining/kitchen area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms.
The apartment is on three floor, in a romantic atmosphere. The two double rooms are supplied with their own bathroom. A room is at the ground floor (with also an indipendent entrance on the bach of the house) and one on the mansard. Both are connected to the dining room-kitchen, whose entrance is on the garden.
